On December 12, 2023, "Netdragon Networks & Fuzhou Software Technology Vocational College's First International Quality Young Talent Project Training Camp - Nanyang Technological University Special Session" was successfully opened in the Digital Education Town. Mr. Yu Le, Director of HRBP, Outsourcing Department (non-tourism) of NetDragon, Mr. Wu Kunfang, Senior Product Designer of NetDragon, Mr. Zhu Yuxin, Senior Recruitment Specialist of NetDragon, Mr. Lin Ying, Secretary of the Party Committee of the school, Mr. Yu Faren, Executive President of the school, Mr. Xia Fushun, Director of the Vocational Training Department (International Cooperation and Exchange Center), relevant instructors, as well as 18 students from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) of Singapore who are in the camp participated in the ceremony.

Yu Faren, the executive president of the school, made a speech for this training camp, he said that in the current international situation, transnational practical training has gradually become one of the important ways for the career development of college students, and he put forward the following requirements and expectations for the students of this training camp:First of all, it is hoped that foreign students will utilize this practical training camp to gain a deeper understanding of China's culture, economy and social development. Through the practical training, they will deepen their knowledge and understanding of Chinese culture and promote exchanges and cooperation in different cultural contexts;Second, to grasp the trend of the times and reap the benefits of global awareness and open-mindedness. Actively integrating into the teams and activities of the Practical Training Camp, participants will develop their leadership, innovative design skills and teamwork abilities, and lay a solid foundation for working in multinational corporations and in an internationalized context;Thirdly, students were encouraged to establish a clear understanding of international literacy and a clear goal for their studies, to grasp this valuable learning opportunity, and to cultivate their international outlook and global mindset.

In addition, the tutor representative of the training camp, NetDragon senior product designer Wu Kunfang pointed out for the students: the uniqueness of this training camp is to project practice as the leading, so that participants can better transform theoretical knowledge into practical applications.

This one-month practical training camp is set up with several professional directions, including but not limited to self media, blockchain technology, product & game design, and so on. By organizing a series of practical and challenging projects involving a variety of fields such as technology exploration, design and development, innovation and entrepreneurship, the camp enables participants to experience the challenges of a real professional environment and develop problem-solving skills through teamwork.
The first international high-quality young talent project training camp of Netdragon & Fuzhou Software Technology Vocational College is an important attempt for Fuzhou Software Vocational and Technical College to carry out overseas exchanges and cooperation relying on the resource advantages of Netdragon, the organizer, which is a positive practice of the social responsibility of the school and enterprise.The camp combines the "Fuzhou Youth Talent Station" program with the vision of "building the world's largest online learning community", aiming to promote international education cooperation and create a high-quality benchmark for international blended learning and project practice. It also aims to build a bridge for students from famous Singaporean schools to come to China for internships, and to promote "Belt and Road" international high-quality young talents and international high-level innovative talents to come to Fuzhou for studies, internships and trainings, so as to build an important platform for international talents' exchanges and cooperation, as well as their employment.
