On December 22nd, 2023, the Sino-Singapore Youth Leadership Seminar 2023 organized by Amazing Grace Technology Limited was successfully held in our university. A total of 17 students from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and 18 outstanding students from our university participated in the seminar. The seminar was hosted by Tilly Tan of Amazing Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd.

Mr. Xia Fushun, Director of the Vocational Training Department and Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Center of the University, delivered a speech for the seminar, first welcoming the students and then pointing out that this China-Singaporean Young Leaders Seminar is a tailor-made and unique experiential activity specifically designed to tap into the leadership ability. It is designed to immerse students in an interactive program to gain practical skills and unleash their leadership potential. It is also an opportunity to promote communication and exchange between Chinese and Singaporean youths.

In order to quickly draw the distance between our students and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) students, Ms. Fong Kwai Bing from Amazing Technology Singapore Pte Ltd prepared an ice-breaking game, in which our students and NTU students helped each other to overcome the problems. It strengthened the trust, understanding and interaction between the participants.

Mr. Koh Min, Founder of Amazing Technology Pte Ltd (Singapore), joined the seminar through an online session. He believes that the development of one's leadership ability starts from one's career development planning. This seminar will help everyone to better understand and plan their career paths, and inspire their enthusiasm for their future career development, helping them to achieve better results in the workplace.

After the meeting, in order to strengthen the Singaporean students' further understanding of Chinese culture, our school also organized a visit to the "Craftsmanship Building Dreams" master paper-cutting studio of our school, to experience the unique artistic charm of Chinese paper-cutting culture together.

Today, when "globalization" is becoming more and more prominent, the exchange and mutual understanding of different civilizations and internationalization have become one of the mainstream trends in the development of higher education. Our university has been riding on the strategy of combining "going out" and "bringing in" to actively carry out international exchanges and cooperation in education, and has achieved certain positive results in China-foreign cooperative education. In the future, Fuzhou Software Technology Vocational College will continue to respond to the "Belt and Road" initiative and promote one quality cooperation project after another.
